My son usually wears a 14 wide (dress shoes, baseball cleats, etc) and the LeBron NXXT Gen in size 14 worked great for him this past season (the ones with the two vertical X’s in the back on the Achilles heel area). He has always had foot problems but the NXXTs paired with Thorlo socks were very comfortable for him.

I have a wide foot and have tried a dozen plus baskeball shoes. The widest basketball shoes I have tried are the New Balance TWO WXY v5.

I don’t see how Nike offer Wide sizes on their website. NB easily offers and describes Wide sizes for their baseball shoes. Why don’t basketball brands do this? NBA players have custom shoes for wide feet.

If the testers have different shapes for wide foot reasons, it would be great to differentiate when writing or let us know (eg: which are best for wide toe box, etc)

SOF is super narrow, have no idea what they are doing in the list. At the same time hardens more forgiving, but do not see them here.

Also, 808 3, I heard they are forgiving for wide footers, but when you looking at the midsole it seems very narrow.

i really appricate this, most of trainer don;t know the important of shoes during the match and training session. Im also face some difficulties due to wide feet, but a pair of shoes change my game,and confidence as well.

Hey, I’ve read and watched a lot of your reviews. I’m very interested in 361° Zen 3 since it’s a wide feet outdoor shoe. The problem is I can’t find any Zen 3 in my country, instead there are a lot of Zen 4 around. I am wondering how the Zen 4 compared to Zen 3. Is there gonna be a review about Zen 4? Thank you guys.

Hello there, I’ve watched the video review about 361° Zen 3. I think the shoe is very interesting. But I can’t find any Zen 3 in my country. Instead there are lots of Zen 4 in the stores. Since I can’t find the review about zen 4 either from weartester, I’m wondering how the Zen 4 compared to Zen 3?. Hope you guys can answer my question, thank you.

We have wide footers that test shoes. Every foot is different (especially regarding where the foot gets wide) which explains why you may sometimes differ from the testers’ opinion.

As for the Freak 4, it will likely get added to the list once we finish the performance review. We don’t put shoes on these lists until performance reviews are complete and we are confident in our findings.

I do not understand how the Zoom Freaks are not in the list. I have also tried on the Lebron 19s in store and they are NOT Wide foot friendly at all. I am normally a size 12 2E and I tried a 12 on in the 19s and they do not fit, I had to try on a 13 and the width was good with a finger-width length at the end. However the Giannis Zoom Freak 3s and 4s fit my feet well in size 12. This list is questionable.
